Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, access to required tools, and approval before automations are used in live business workflows.
Testing and Launch
We test automations before launch, but clients should review outputs and confirm workflows before relying on them for production business decisions, payments, invoices, or customer communications.
Third-Party Tools
Many automations depend on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, data issues, or limitations caused by those external services.
Confidentiality
We treat client information, workflows, credentials, and business data as confidential. Credentials should be shared through secure approved methods, not pasted into email or chat.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability is limited to fees paid to 5 Cypress Automation for the applicable project or service period. We are not responsible for indirect damages or lost profits.
